Georg Törnqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kim Mossberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Kim Mossberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viktor Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gabriel Malmberg charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gabriel Malmberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute Georg Törnqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Mossberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, The Harriot Club's Gabriel Malmberg got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Törnqvist in the 39th minute of play forced The Harriot Club's goalkeeper Kim Mossberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viktor Rolandsson in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kim Mossberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Malcolm Vall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Haström having to interfere. If Georg Törnqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Viktor Rolandsson to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, The Harriot Club's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Rolandsson came free, but Kim Mossberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
