Egil Källberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Lund in the 21st minute of the match. If Jon Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Lindqvist charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Åke Lindqvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Åke Lindqvist hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Egil Källberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Arenstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 57th minute, Jon Hermansson made a precise shot to the right of Anders Lustig. Helmuts Boys's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.
