Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andréas Askelöf kicked off to start the match. With his leg Lars Edström managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when helsingborg's Anthon Falk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Lars Edström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anthon Falk in the 10th minute. Bertil Törnqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Freddie Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dalby IF's zone, Per Norberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Edström came out of the goal and Per Norberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dalby IF's Lars Edström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Dalby IF from getting a goal against them. Lars Edström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anthon Falk went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Georg Lundblad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Freddie Lindberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, helsingborg's Marcus Vallengren got a free kick in the 32nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Dalby IF's Edgar Gallberg tried to score from far away in the 33rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Freddie Lindberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Törnqvist in the 35th minute of play. Freddie Lindberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertil Törnqvist's shot from short distance in the 36th minute.

The supporters of helsingborg booed when Dalby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Lundblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lars Edström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andréas Askelöf in the 53rd minute of play. Lars Edström came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by helsingborg's Anthon Falk. But to his dismay, Anthon Falk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 63rd minute Marcus Vallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Edström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Reine Holmstedt fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored helsingborg's protests and gave Reine Holmstedt a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to helsingborg getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Reine Holmstedt hit a great ball. Freddie Lindberg made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Bertil Törnqvist sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute, Georg Lundblad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roger Kvalfält during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 84 played minutes Dalby IF got a freekick which was hit by Roger Kvalfält. 3-2 became the score in the 87th minute when Anthon Falk elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Andréas Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. helsingborg had won after a very even match.
