A very good chance. 13 minutes into the match, Per-Oskar Offendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viktor Stenberg. Värnamo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per-Oskar Offendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After having played for 16 minutes, Gustaf Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Värnamo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaf Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktor Stenberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Oskar Offendahl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Värnamo's Viktor Stenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Alefors in the 23rd minute of play. Sven-Edvin Henriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 28 minutes, Gustaf Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Värnamo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaf Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viggo Sandström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Gustafsson in the 33rd minute of the match. Per-Oskar Offendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Per-Oskar Offendahl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd match minute, Unnaryd FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bergman to maneuver through the defense. Viktor Stenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dag Alefors in the 45th minute of play. In the 49th minute, Dag Alefors left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Unnaryd FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dag Alefors to make the kick off. Värnamo's Joel Walroth got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th match minute, Unnaryd FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Bergman to maneuver through the defense. Viktor Stenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dag Alefors, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Värnamo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Unnaryd FF the free kick. Per-Oskar Offendahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Viktor Stenberg made a huge save. With a little luck, Värnamo's Viktor Stenberg got control of the ball when Per-Oskar Offendahl tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Mikael Engman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Unnaryd FF's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Walroth came free, but Viggo Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 85 minutes, Isaac Bergman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unnaryd FF and the Värnamo players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Unnaryd FF's Isaac Bergman got a free kick in the 85th minute. 91 minutes into the match, Unnaryd FF's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Walroth came free, but Viggo Sandström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kurt Brolin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Viktor Stenberg made a huge save. If Joel Walroth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Värnamo's Viktor Stenberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 99th minute of the match, managed to save Värnamo from getting a goal against them. The Värnamo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Unnaryd FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Unnaryd FF.
