Claes Sellberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Johannes Grep tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Botsmark IF's Sivert Asmundsson got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mats Kråk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Ola Malm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Grönberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Sivert Asmundsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Botsmark IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jämse the free kick. In the 18th match minute, Botsmark IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sivert Asmundsson to maneuver through the defense. Johannes Grep made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mats Kråk in the 24th minute. Botsmark IF's Sivert Asmundsson got his second yellow card of the match in the 24th minute. The referee ordered Sivert Asmundsson off the ground. A collision led to Botsmark IF getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sivert Asmundsson hit a great ball. In the 26th minute, Claes Sellberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mats Kråk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mats Kråk got free with Johannes Grep in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Mats Kråk reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Johannes Grep. The goal made the score 1-0. 40 minutes into the game, Kasper Andersson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jämse's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Botsmark IF the free kick. In the 40th match minute, Jämse was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kasper Andersson to maneuver through the defense. Jens-Ola Malm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Palm, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A hard shot by Filiph Ödmann from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Johannes Grep's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mats Kråk was the one to do the kick off. If Mats Kråk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 54th minute, Birger Ahlroht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ola Malm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aleksander Palm in the 55th minute. Aleksander Palm struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Jens-Ola Malm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Botsmark IF. A collision led to Jämse getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Kasper Andersson hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per-Olof Hägglund during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Botsmark IF booed when Jämse was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Hägglund didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Claes Sellberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, Botsmark IF's Aleksander Palm sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Malm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Johannes Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Sellberg in the 77th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match Per-Olof Hägglund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johannes Grep showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Mats Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Grep having to interfere. After having played for 97 minutes, Birger Ahlroht managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jämse's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Ahlroht was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Jämse had played much better football throughout.
