Bertil Gunnarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mellösa's Albin Trillkott played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Gunnarsson in the 10th minute of play. Christoffer Alström struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Bernt Drake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellösa. After some careless play in the Snespark united defense, Christoffer Alström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernt Drake. The Snespark united fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernt Drake should have stopped the shot. Bertil Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. But to his dismay, Christoffer Alström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 34th minute, Christopher Stenkvist made a precise shot to the right of Albin Trillkott. Mellösa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Albin Trillkott made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Christopher Stenkvist sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christopher Stenkvist got free with Albin Trillkott in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christopher Stenkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Trillkott having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Kjell Joensson made the kick off in the second half. Peter Jonasson lost his temper 55 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Snespark united fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Snespark united's goalkeeper Bernt Drake, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Karl-Magnus Hermansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bernt Drake made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christoffer Alström in the 61st minute. If Christopher Stenkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christoffer Alström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Bernt Drake made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Snespark united's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Joensson came free, but Bernt Drake reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernt Drake made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Joensson in the 73rd minute of play. Kjell Joensson struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Bernt Drake didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellösa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kjell Joensson in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Drake saved Snespark united from getting behind. After having played for 94 minutes, Gunnar Caspersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Snespark united's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Caspersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mellösa eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
