Robert Hermansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Folke Vestlund's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. Elliot Samuelsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rasmus Dalström's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Manfred Bergström made a precise shot to the right of Elliot Samuelsson. Luleboll's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, Gagnef's Robert Hermansson got control of the ball when Emanuel Brandt tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes into the game, Folke Vestlund recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robert Hermansson. Folke Vestlund showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The audience was convinced that Rasmus Dalström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elliot Samuelsson was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. When Ingvar Lundberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Gagnef fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Lundberg couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Luleboll's Erik Runeberg got a free kick in the 30th minute. Emanuel Brandt scored 2-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Hermansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Elliot Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rasmus Dalström, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 45 minutes into the game, Jonny Norberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gagnef's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Luleboll the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 44th minute of the game. One of Gagnef:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Luleboll:s goal. The referee gave Luleboll a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arvin Olsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Gagnef's Robert Hermansson. 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Folke Vestlund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Manfred Bergström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Luleboll getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Erik Runeberg hit a great ball. Manfred Bergström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elliot Samuelsson having to make a save. After 63rd play minutes Manfred Bergström shot 3-2, a short shot which went by Elliot Samuelsson and just under the crossbar into goal. Elliot Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rasmus Dalström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Gagnef's goal looked a bit too open when Folke Vestlund came free, but Robert Hermansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Gagnef's Ingvar Lundberg got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Manfred Bergström struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Elliot Samuelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gagnef. The referee felt a red card was in order, 87 minutes into the game, when Arvin Olsson put in a rough tackle. When the match had been going on for 90 minutes, Gagnef's Jonny Norberg got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elliot Samuelsson. Gagnef's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
