Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mikael Almkvist started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Vittsjö got a freekick which was hit by Kenny Höijer. 8 minutes into the match, Rolf Asserlindh notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mjöbäck's Walter Caspersson. Walter Caspersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kenny Höijer kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After having played for 12 minutes, Göran Kjellqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mjöbäck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göran Kjellqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stig-Arne Friberger hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Fabian Östlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Almkvist in the 20th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the game, Mjöbäck's Leif Forsman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Östlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mjöbäck's Walter Caspersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Springfält in the 29th minute of play. Walter Caspersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Asserlindh in the 33rd minute of the match. Oskar Springfält recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Ekberg hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 53rd minute, Rolf Asserlindh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 55 minutes into the game, Mjöbäck's Mikael Almkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabian Östlund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Rolf Asserlindh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Walter Caspersson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, one of Mjöbäck:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mjöbäck. The goalkeeper, Walter Caspersson, was totally fooled by Vittsjö's Torsten Larsson, who 67 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Walter Caspersson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oskar Springfält in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Vittsjö's Gabriel Flinck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Walter Caspersson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kenny Höijer kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. If Leif Forsman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Asserlindh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walter Caspersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oskar Springfält in the 95th minute of the match. In the 96thth minute of the game Oskar Springfält who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mjöbäck's Walter Caspersson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Rolf Asserlindh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
