After some careless play in the Korskrogen FF defense, Kaj Vennerkvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sonny Söderman. The Korskrogen FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sonny Söderman should have stopped the shot. After 13 played minutes Älekulla got a freekick which was hit by Rickard Söderberg. 17 minutes into the game, Älekulla's Malcolm Olofsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sonny Söderman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Herman Ekerot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Robert Jansson made a huge save. Robert Jansson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Ekerot in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Korskrogen FF's zone, Malcolm Olofsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sonny Söderman came out of the goal and Malcolm Olofsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Korskrogen FF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Älekulla a penalty, 46 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ragnar Västerberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Korskrogen FF's Sonny Söderman. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Jesper Finsberg hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Malcolm Olofsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Herman Ljungberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Robert Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Ljungberg in the 69th minute of the match. When Herman Ljungberg came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Korskrogen FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Ljungberg couldn't finish the play. Sonny Söderman made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Kaj Vennerkvist sent off a good shot on target. Sonny Söderman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Olofsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Korskrogen FF's Sonny Söderman got control of the ball when Kaj Vennerkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kaj Vennerkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sonny Söderman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kaj Vennerkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Malcolm Olofsson had to leave the field with a concussion. After 95 minutes, William Vennersten mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Korskrogen FF and the Älekulla players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Korskrogen FF! Ragnar Västerberg did an outstanding performance 98 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-5 to the right of an irritated Sonny Söderman in the goal. The Älekulla players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
