In the 7th minute, Jens-Ove Sjö got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 13 minutes, Henric Jansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garsås and the Bens grabbar players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Bens grabbar booed when Garsås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henric Jansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garsås's Johannes Kjellqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Garsås from getting a goal against them. Ola Erserman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zebastian Kock in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Bens grabbar getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Michel Beckström hit a great ball. Ola Asmundsson hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Anton Duset hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 28 minutes of play, Garsås's Zebastian Kock made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ola Erserman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bens grabbar's Ola Erserman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ove Sjö in the 31st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Nils Martinsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bens grabbar's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Martinsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johannes Kjellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zebastian Kock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Ola Erserman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Patrik Gerdberg's late challenge caught a Garsås's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrik Gerdberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Bens grabbar got a freekick which was hit by Patrik Gerdberg.

In the 59th minute Sune Ödmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johannes Kjellqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bens grabbar! 67 minutes into the match, Garsås's Patrik Juhlin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zebastian Kock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Ola Erserman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ola Erserman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ove Sjö, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. When Zebastian Kock fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garsås's protests and gave Zebastian Kock a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Martinsson in the 77th minute of play forced Garsås's goalkeeper Johannes Kjellqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Sune Ödmann ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Johannes Kjellqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 87 minutes into the game, Garsås's Zebastian Kock nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ola Erserman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Karl-Oskar Kjellqvist's late challenge caught a Bens grabbar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Oskar Kjellqvist helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Bens grabbar booed when Garsås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Kjellqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Garsås walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
