Elias Magnusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Långserud. Hoting's Per-Erik Lindqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Per-Erik Lindqvist took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carl Bergqvist. Carl Bergqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Marcus Skark came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Hoting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcus Skark couldn't finish the play. Elias Magnusson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Örjan Lundin went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Marcus Skark sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27thth minute of the game Per-Erik Lindqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Långserud's Carl Bergqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Hylander's late challenge caught a Hoting's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Hylander helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Långserud's Stefan Hylander got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute Marcus Skark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carl Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carl Bergqvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per-Erik Lindqvist's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Per-Erik Lindqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcus Skark in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Bergqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Örjan Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Elias Magnusson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Hoting's goal looked a bit too open when Alvin Vallander came free, but Elias Magnusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Örjan Lundin got free with Elias Magnusson in the 49th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Alvin Vallander made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Joakim Lundqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Magnusson was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. After 55 played minutes Långserud got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Lundqvist. In the 56th minute, Långserud's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Per-Erik Lindqvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Hoting booed when Långserud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Marcus Skark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Bergqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Erik Lindqvist in the 68th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match, Marcus Skark tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Carl Bergqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Per-Erik Lindqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Bergqvist having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Skark in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carl Bergqvist saved Långserud from getting behind. After 86 played minutes Långserud got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Lundqvist. Carl Bergqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus Skark in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Karl Gallberg notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Långserud's Carl Bergqvist. Carl Bergqvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 97th minute, Per-Erik Lindqvist fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Carl Bergqvist, passed just outside the right post.
