Bernt Ahlfors showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Pååk, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Flarken FK getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Freddie Melin hit a great ball. Flarken FK's Åke Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Sundén in the 65th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Armfull of fun's zone, Calle Johnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Ahlfors came out of the goal and Calle Johnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Calle Johnsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 79thth minute tested the skills of Bernt Ahlfors when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Armfull of fun's zone, Calle Johnsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Ahlfors came out of the goal and Calle Johnsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
