In the 13thth minute of the game Otto Beck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Alex mannar fc's Jerry Linquist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Otto Beck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jerry Linquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otto Beck's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Kjell Uggstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Linquist having to interfere. 0-1 became the score in the 28th minute when Kjell Uggstedt elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Otto Beck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jerry Linquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerry Linquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bertil Granqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Kjell Uggstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerry Linquist was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Viggo Söderström's late challenge caught a FC Avantasia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerry Linquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Uggstedt in the 46th minute of the match. 50 minutes into the game, Kjell Uggstedt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jerry Linquist was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Roland Alströmer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alex mannar fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Roland Alströmer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Magnus Nykvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jerry Linquist had great luck who in the 58thth minute grab hold of the ball when Kjell Uggstedt from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jerry Linquist was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. Jerry Linquist made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Otto Beck sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Alströmer in the 70th minute of play forced FC Avantasia's goalkeeper Magnus Nykvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute, one of FC Avantasia:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Avantasia. Magnus Nykvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åke Jonasson in the 83rd minute of play. Magnus Nykvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joachim Täman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 92 minutes, Kjell Uggstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Avantasia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Uggstedt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 97 minutes, Åke Jonasson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alex mannar fc and the FC Avantasia players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Otto Beck came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the FC Avantasia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otto Beck couldn't finish the play. The Alex mannar fc supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Avantasia's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Avantasia.
