The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of ki ngunza:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Holms SK:s goal. 13 minutes into the match, ki ngunza's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Lindgren came free, but Martin Bergvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd match minute, Holms SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Rydelius to maneuver through the defense. Gustav Sandström stood somewhat misplaced when Oskar Torsberg came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 24 minute. Gustav Sandström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Torsberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 2-2 came through a penalty shot after 31 played minutes, when ki ngunza:s Ulrik Arvidsson calmly waited for Holms SK:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Jan-Erik Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Bergvall having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Holms SK's Mats Västberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Filiph Smed fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ki ngunza's protests and gave Filiph Smed a yellow card for diving instead. Filiph Smed kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan-Erik Forss made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Holms SK's Magnus Beck got a free kick in the 60th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Oskar Torsberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. ki ngunza's supporters rose to their feet, but Oskar Torsberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustav Sandström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holms SK's Gustav Sandström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Albom in the 64th minute of play. Gustav Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oskar Torsberg's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. With a little luck, ki ngunza's Martin Bergvall got control of the ball when Harry Lindgren tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Holms SK booed when ki ngunza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Smed didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Oskar Torsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gustav Sandström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oskar Torsberg went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ki ngunza had played much better football throughout.
