Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gösta Lundin started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Brap Stockholm's Karl-Michael Jönsson broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Lyrestad FF's Patrik Söderberg got a free kick in the 9th minute. Tage Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Westerstrand in the 11th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patrik Söderberg got free with Kurt Damm in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tage Sundström came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Brap Stockholm's Anders Westerstrand. But to his dismay, Anders Westerstrand quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tage Sundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Lundin, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Anders Westerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Sundström having to interfere. Tage Sundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Westerstrand in the 25th minute of the match. Patrik Söderberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Samuel Alström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anders Westerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tage Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 played minutes Lyrestad FF got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Vallander. Gösta Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Valdemar Lindberg made the kick off in the second half. Henry Collin took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tage Sundström. Tage Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nils Boman might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tage Sundström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nils Boman ran back to his position shaking his head. When Valdemar Lindberg came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Lyrestad FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valdemar Lindberg couldn't finish the play. Anders Westerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Tage Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anders Westerstrand had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Anders Westerstrand came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Brap Stockholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Westerstrand couldn't finish the play. Gösta Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Tage Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 74 played minutes Lyrestad FF got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Brandin. In the 76th minute, Gösta Lundin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anders Westerstrand received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Tage Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anders Westerstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kjell Vallander's late challenge caught a Brap Stockholm's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Vallander helped the player get up and apologised. In the 85th minute, Kjell Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anders Westerstrand's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tage Sundström firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Söderberg in the 90th minute of play forced Brap Stockholm's goalkeeper Kurt Damm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gösta Lundin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anders Westerstrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tage Sundström having to interfere. The Lyrestad FF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Brap Stockholm were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
