The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erland Lidström during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erland Lidström kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Bernt Näver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 10 minutes into the match, Huddungeby's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Näver came free, but Lucas Ekelund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Daniel Löfkvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harald Frykberg was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Harald Frykberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Löfkvist in the 24th minute of play forced Imperial FC's goalkeeper Harald Frykberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Huddungeby's Daniel Löfkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. John Hård received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Harald Frykberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harald Frykberg made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Orvar Åström sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Daniel Löfkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harald Frykberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Imperial FC's goalkeeper Harald Frykberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by John Hård. Daniel Löfkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Imperial FC's zone, Daniel Löfkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Harald Frykberg came out of the goal and Daniel Löfkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Ragnar Myr made the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orvar Åström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Harald Frykberg having to interfere. Elliott Axelsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucas Ekelund having to make a save. If Bernt Näver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Imperial FC's Ragnar Myr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas Ekelund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bernt Näver's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lucas Ekelund firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lucas Ekelund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ragnar Myr in the 80th minute of the match. Lucas Ekelund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ragnar Myr, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes, Bo Brodin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Imperial FC and the Huddungeby players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Imperial FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Bo Brodin hit a great ball. After having played for 90 minutes, Bernt Näver managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imperial FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernt Näver was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucas Ekelund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Myr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd match minute, Huddungeby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valter Grubb to maneuver through the defense. Elliott Axelsson's late challenge caught a Huddungeby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elliott Axelsson helped the player get up and apologised. After 96 played minutes Imperial FC got a freekick which was hit by Elliott Axelsson.
