Kjell Knutsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Dahlberg in the 6th minute of the match. Kenneth Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell Knutsson having to interfere. Kjell Knutsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Östen Tönnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristoffer Blomqvist got free with Svante Karlsson in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 12 played minutes Frinnaryd IF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Stabbe. If Östen Tönnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dominus Lightning Unborn's goalkeeper Kjell Knutsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dominus Lightning Unborn's Valentin Arvidsson got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 24 minutes, Valentin Arvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dominus Lightning Unborn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Arvidsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 25 played minutes Frinnaryd IF got a freekick which was hit by Börje Stabbe. After 29 minutes of play, Dominus Lightning Unborn's Kristoffer Blomqvist made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Svante Karlsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Valentin Arvidsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kristoffer Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the game, Joseph Boklund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frinnaryd IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dominus Lightning Unborn the free kick. After 39 played minutes Frinnaryd IF got a freekick which was hit by Joseph Boklund. After a rather tough play, Frinnaryd IF's Sten Axelsson got a free kick in the 41st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dominus Lightning Unborn's Valentin Arvidsson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Svante Karlsson. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. 46 minutes into the match, Östen Tönnberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell Knutsson. Dominus Lightning Unborn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Östen Tönnberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute, Henning Ahlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell Knutsson made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Östen Tönnberg sent off a good shot on target. If Kristoffer Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Valentin Arvidsson came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Dominus Lightning Unborn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Valentin Arvidsson couldn't finish the play. Kristoffer Blomqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Svante Karlsson having to interfere. Svante Karlsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Svante Karlsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Arvidsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Arvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Svante Karlsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dominus Lightning Unborn's zone, Kenneth Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Knutsson came out of the goal and Kenneth Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Valentin Arvidsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Börje Stabbe hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dominus Lightning Unborn had won after a very even match.
