When Christer Trillkott fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Granö IK's protests and gave Christer Trillkott a yellow card for diving instead. In the 5th minute, Christer Trillkott hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Henrik Forssell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granö IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 12th of the match, Per-Åke Odman tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Måns Löfgren got in the way and made a wonderful save. Måns Löfgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Åke Odman in the 20th minute of play. Andreas Stenberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anders Enström. Esquadrão Suécia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Esquadrão Suécia's goal looked a bit too open when Fritz Hagberg came free, but Anders Enström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anders Enström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fritz Hagberg in the 27th minute of the match. Måns Löfgren made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Staffan Stenquist sent off a good shot on target. Staffan Stenquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Måns Löfgren having to interfere. Felix Söderberg's late challenge caught a Esquadrão Suécia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Söderberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 37th minute Per-Åke Odman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Måns Löfgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Esquadrão Suécia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Granö IK were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Per-Åke Odman to make the kick off. Henrik Forssell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Anders Enström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute, Fritz Hagberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Aron Henriksson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esquadrão Suécia's goalkeeper Anders Enström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Henrik Forssell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Henrik Forssell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Anders Enström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th minute Henrik Forssell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anders Enström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute, David Ek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Granö IK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
