Karl-Erik Kling stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Torbjörn Ekström's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. In the 24th minute, Kennet Viklund made a precise shot to the right of Thor Sjödin. Töreboda RK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Thor Sjödin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kennet Viklund in the 37th minute of the match. In the 44thth minute of the game Kennet Viklund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Töreboda RK's Thor Sjödin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Roger Åström came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Thor Sjödin could save by the left post. Ingvar Gråberg charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingvar Gråberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Blåviksjön booed when Töreboda RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ingvar Gråberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Roger Åström came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Blåviksjön fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roger Åström couldn't finish the play. Kennet Viklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thor Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kennet Viklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute Kennet Viklund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thor Sjödin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Blåviksjön's goal looked a bit too open when Torbjörn Ekström came free, but Karl-Erik Kling reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kennet Viklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thor Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kennet Viklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kennet Viklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thor Sjödin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kennet Viklund in the 98th minute of play forced Töreboda RK's goalkeeper Thor Sjödin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Töreboda RK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Blåviksjön were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
