After 3 minutes, Karl-Oskar Eklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Awesomeness FC and the Hamburgsund players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 3rd minute, Karl-Oskar Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Erling Anundsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olof Magnusson. That made the score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. If Robin Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute of the match, Erling Anundsson tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olof Magnusson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Hamburgsund's Erling Anundsson in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Awesomeness FC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Jönsson in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ingemar Ekström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birger Jansson got free with Olof Magnusson in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Hamburgsund getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sten Nordin hit a great ball. Ingemar Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Jönsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Birger Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingemar Ekström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olov Jönsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Awesomeness FC's Karl-Oskar Eklund got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 59th match minute, Hamburgsund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Askberg to maneuver through the defense. Erling Anundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 64 minutes, Birger Jansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hamburgsund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Birger Jansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Robin Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olov Jönsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ingemar Ekström having to interfere. When Olov Jönsson came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Awesomeness FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Olov Jönsson couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Sten Nordin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamburgsund's supporters rose to their feet, but Sten Nordin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olof Magnusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erling Anundsson in the 78th minute of play forced Awesomeness FC's goalkeeper Olof Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olof Magnusson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Askberg in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Hamburgsund getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Nils Askberg hit a great ball. Ingemar Ekström acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 88th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Folke Flink. Erling Anundsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Birger Jansson struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Olof Magnusson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamburgsund. Olof Magnusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. There was no doubt that Hamburgsund were the better team. Hamburgsund's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
