After 3 played minutes Båtskärsnäs IK got a freekick which was hit by Pelle Pihlgren. Holger Wennersten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Måns Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 11 minutes of play, Båtskärsnäs IK's Holger Wennersten made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrik Molander was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Båtskärsnäs IK's Måns Lundin in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stjärnsund BK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 19th minute, Stjärnsund BK's Oliver Gadd dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Båtskärsnäs IK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Oliver Gadd scored to the left of an out of position Dan Deckbergh, making the score, 2-1. Sven-Åke Kullgren kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 42ndth minute of the game Holger Wennersten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stjärnsund BK's Patrik Molander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Gadd in the 44th minute of play forced Båtskärsnäs IK's goalkeeper Dan Deckbergh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrik Molander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Måns Lundin in the 47th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

A well done corner resulted in Sven-Åke Kullgren drilling the ball in to score 2-2 behind Stjärnsund BK's goalkeeper. Måns Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Patrik Molander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Båtskärsnäs IK's Ronny Smedfeldt shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Patrik Molander but with some difficulty. If Holger Wennersten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stjärnsund BK's Patrik Molander proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Stjärnsund BK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Stjärnsund BK booed when Båtskärsnäs IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pelle Pihlgren didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 minutes of play Båtskärsnäs IK's Maximilian Bergström was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Maximilian Bergström hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. In the 92nd match minute, Stjärnsund BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yngve Sellberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Pelle Pihlgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Båtskärsnäs IK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Båtskärsnäs IK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
