Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Henning Brander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Max Eklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Timmy Åström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jörgen Käcker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Sjöman in the 18thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Charles Landin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Eskil Asklöv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Max Eklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Särna's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Eklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Brander breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. FC Smulan's Henning Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Eklund in the 25th minute of play. Daniel Sjöman scored 1-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Charles Landin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Max Eklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC Smulan's Henning Brander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Max Eklund in the 33rd minute of play. Henning Brander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timmy Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Daniel Sjöman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Daniel Sjöman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Smulan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Sjöman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Max Eklund in the 48th minute of play forced FC Smulan's goalkeeper Henning Brander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Sjöman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC Smulan's Daniel Sjöman got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Timmy Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henning Brander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingmar Lundgren during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, Ingmar Lundgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henning Brander was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Christer Arhenius. Jörn Bergman hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Timmy Åström in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Henning Brander saved FC Smulan from getting behind. Särna's Karl-Erik Svanberg pulled a muscle in his back after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 71 minutes into the game, Jörn Bergman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Smulan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Särna the free kick. Jörn Bergman hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute Eskil Asklöv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charles Landin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 78 minutes in the game, Max Eklund fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Henning Brander having to interfere. After 81 minutes, Daniel Sjöman made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Särna's Charles Landin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Daniel Sjöman might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Charles Landin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Sjöman ran back to his position shaking his head. Henning Brander made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Max Eklund sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in FC Smulan's zone, Max Eklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henning Brander came out of the goal and Max Eklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Smulan were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Särna for a fine match.
