Linus Söderberg made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Mattias Östlund sent off a good shot on target. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alf Hansson to strike the kick off in the second half. After 60 played minutes, Hållsta FK's Jens-Ove Holmberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven-Åke Johnsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Hållsta FK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michel Nilsson in the 66th minute of play forced Hållsta FK's goalkeeper Linus Söderberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 70th minute, Frans Brenner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Åke Johnsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2.
