Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Paul Wennersten made the kick off which started today's match. Ingemar Göransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Agne Ström went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Fristedt got free with Kurt Bergfelt in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ingemar Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Wennersten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Germania FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Mattias Fristedt hit a great ball. Gilbert Vallman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kurt Bergfelt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Germania FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conny Dahlkvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Vällingby's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Vällingby's corner Conny Dahlkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ingemar Göransson quite easily take care of the ball. Germania FC's Ingemar Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Holmberg in the 43rd minute of play. Konrad Holmberg scored 0-2 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ingemar Göransson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilbert Vallman made a kick off. After 51 played minutes Germania FC got a freekick which was hit by Wilhelm Bure. When Gilbert Vallman, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 55 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Kurt Bergfelt was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Henrik Rudqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Bergfelt having to interfere. Paul Wennersten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Konrad Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Björn Vennerström fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vällingby's protests and gave Björn Vennerström a yellow card for diving instead. Björn Vennerström got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 71st minute, Björn Vennerström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes, Germania FC's Sven-Oskar Bammerman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kurt Bergfelt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Germania FC reached it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilbert Vallman in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Bergfelt saved Vällingby from getting behind. Henrik Rudqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Bergfelt having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Henrik Rudqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kurt Bergfelt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 86th minute Gilbert Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Bergfelt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vällingby's Agne Ström has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 91st minute. If Konrad Holmberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ingemar Göransson made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Konrad Holmberg sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vällingby walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
