Olle Linquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Åke Kilman, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 14 minutes into the match, Vippe's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Åke Kilman came free, but Olle Linquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaf Liljeström's late challenge caught a Vippe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustaf Liljeström helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes Bohus IFK got a freekick which was hit by Gustaf Liljeström. Bohus IFK's Mårten Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Pååk in the 20th minute of play. Per Wennerqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Olle Linquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sven-Åke Kilman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Vippe's Olle Linquist got control of the ball when Per Wennerqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th match minute, Bohus IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Beck to maneuver through the defense. Mårten Axelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Pååk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bohus IFK's Mårten Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Pååk in the 42nd minute of play. Jonatan Ekegren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mårten Axelsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. If Carl Pååk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th match minute, Bohus IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Beck to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Sven-Åke Kilman made the kick off in the second half. Joseph Lindmark kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Carl Pååks short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Mårten Axelsson to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gustaf Liljeström got his second yellow card in the match during the 55th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 56th minute, Gustaf Liljeström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Carl Pååk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mårten Axelsson. Bohus IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carl Pååk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 61st minute, Isac Bredberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Bohus IFK defense, Carl Pååk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mårten Axelsson. The Bohus IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mårten Axelsson should have stopped the shot. Per Wennerqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Olle Linquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vippe's Olle Linquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Beck in the 69th minute of play. Henning Svensson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mårten Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mårten Axelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Ekegren in the 78th minute of the match. When Vippe's Jonatan Ekegren in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bohus IFK's goalie prevented a goal. If Carl Pååk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mårten Axelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonatan Ekegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mårten Axelsson having to interfere. If Jonatan Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Vippe could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bohus IFK throughout the match.
