Herman Collin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Rolfsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 9th minute Vidar Möllgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Collin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Möllgren in the 11th minute of play forced Borås BK's goalkeeper Herman Collin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Söderqwist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gunnar Aronsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Borås BK's Herman Collin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Rolfsson in the 18th minute of play. Ingvar Söderqwist in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gunnar Aronsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Herman Collin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Rolfsson in the 21st minute of the match. After 25 minutes, Hjalmar Vibjörnsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borås BK and the Hillared players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Hjalmar Vibjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Borås BK's Herman Collin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Rolfsson in the 31st minute of play. Vidar Möllgren struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Herman Collin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hillared. Edgar Rolfsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Collin having to interfere. Herman Collin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Rolfsson in the 48th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ingvar Söderqwist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Aronsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathias Ersman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ingvar Söderqwist might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Aronsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ingvar Söderqwist ran back to his position shaking his head. When Pär Drewitz fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borås BK's protests and gave Pär Drewitz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 60th match minute, Borås BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pär Drewitz to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, Vidar Möllgren recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Herman Collin. Vidar Möllgren showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Kåre Finman charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kåre Finman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th match minute, Hillared was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kåre Finman to maneuver through the defense. If Mathias Ersman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Borås BK's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Möllgren came free, but Herman Collin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Borås BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Hillared were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
