Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Filip Öman kicked off to start the match. Modesto Iratxo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Filip Öman went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Märsta RK booed when Skoghall FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Palmkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sture Odén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Iratxo having to interfere. Modesto Iratxo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sture Odén in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skoghall FK's goalkeeper Karl Andreasson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Modesto Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filip Öman, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gilbert Åström during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Skoghall FK got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Hellkvist. After having played for 44 minutes, Filip Öman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoghall FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filip Öman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Märsta RK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Skoghall FK were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Axel Säfström was the one to do the kick off. Ingemar Hellkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Filip Öman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Iratxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Filip Öman came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Skoghall FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filip Öman couldn't finish the play. Gilbert Åström hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute of the match, Filip Öman tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Modesto Iratxo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 65 minutes into the match, Skoghall FK's Filip Öman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Modesto Iratxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sture Odén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the game, Alf Pil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Märsta RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skoghall FK the free kick. The supporters of Skoghall FK booed when Märsta RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alf Pil didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes of play Märsta RK's Gilbert Åström was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The crowd rose to their feet as Skoghall FK's Filip Öman slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Modesto Iratxo. That made the score 0-2 after 92 minutes of play. Karl-Axel Säfström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Andreasson having to interfere. Skoghall FK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
