Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edgar Mickelsson started the match with the kick off. Kalle Hökkvist was a little too slow when Karl Lövskog got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Killeberg IF's goal looked a bit too open when Edgar Mickelsson came free, but Kalle Hökkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Karl Lövskog came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Målsryd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl Lövskog couldn't finish the play. Viggo Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Killeberg IF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Christian Abrahamsson hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Karl Lövskog left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Målsryd fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Per-Olof Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viggo Nordström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Dick Vall came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Per-Olof Bergqvist could save by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viggo Nordström in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Bergqvist saved Målsryd from getting behind. Edgar Mickelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Kalle Hökkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 66 minutes, Viggo Nordström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Killeberg IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Nordström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simon Sävström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Killeberg IF. Kurt Björnberg stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Per-Olof Bergqvist. 2-1. Viggo Nordström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Sävström hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the game, Kennet Löfkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
