Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Fränsta's Albin Hammarbäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harry Mikaelsson in the 4th minute of play. Christer Kielberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Bank in the 12th minute of play. Fränsta's Dan Bank got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albin Hammarbäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Galle, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Harry Mikaelsson scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Albin Hammarbäck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albin Hammarbäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Galle, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Fränsta defense, Carl Galle kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albin Hammarbäck. The Fränsta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albin Hammarbäck should have stopped the shot. Christoffer Lindström struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Christer Kielberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fränsta. Fränsta's Dan Bank got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig Målare in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christer Kielberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute, Dan Bank reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Christer Kielberg. The goal made the score 1-2. After 44 minutes, Harry Mikaelsson made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. Fränsta's Albin Hammarbäck tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Rikard Vallengren's late challenge caught a Fränsta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rikard Vallengren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Gammelstads IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rikard Vallengren to maneuver through the defense. Carl Galle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Fränsta fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Fränsta's Stig Målare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leo Sjögren charged in rather forcefully in the 61st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leo Sjögren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Gammelstads IF's Leo Sjögren got a free kick in the 61st minute. Christer Kielberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Målare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 67 played minutes, Fränsta's Staffan Jönsätt shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Christer Kielberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fränsta reached it. 69 minutes in the game Oscar Lindberg did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leo Sjögren. Carl Galle could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Albin Hammarbäck made a huge save. 74 minutes into the game, Fränsta's Mikael Bergström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christer Kielberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Dan Bank received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Christer Kielberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carl Galle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albin Hammarbäck having to interfere. Fränsta's Albin Hammarbäck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Fränsta from getting a goal against them. After 87 played minutes Fränsta got a freekick which was hit by Staffan Jönsätt. 90 minutes into the match, Fränsta's goalkeeper Albin Hammarbäck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carl Galle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Mikaelsson in the 91st minute of play forced Fränsta's goalkeeper Albin Hammarbäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig Målare in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christer Kielberg saved Gammelstads IF from getting behind. A collision led to Gammelstads IF getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Oscar Lindberg hit a great ball. In the 96th minute of the match Konrad Tholsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christer Kielberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 97 minutes into the game, Greger Dahlgren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gammelstads IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fränsta the free kick.
