Kaj Dalberg struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Sverker Jespersson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sjötorp RK. Sverker Jespersson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Dalberg's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Olof Bank in the 14th minute of play forced Boden's goalkeeper Sverker Jespersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Sjötorp RK got a freekick which was hit by Robert Skytt. Daniel Svartengren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anders Hedin's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Sjötorp RK's Daniel Svartengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Sjötorp RK from getting a goal against them. Per-Olof Bank scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sverker Jespersson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anders Hedin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Svartengren having to interfere. Kaj Dalberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 35th minute Per-Olof Bank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Jespersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anders Hedin kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After the first half Sjötorp RK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Daniel Svartengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Hedin, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Magnus Bergström in the 61st minute of play forced Sjötorp RK's goalkeeper Daniel Svartengren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Fritz Mårtensson came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Boden fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fritz Mårtensson couldn't finish the play. Daniel Svartengren didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Boden's Anders Hedin shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Daniel Svartengren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Mårtensson in the 71st minute of play. Sverker Jespersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Olof Bank, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. After 77 minutes, Jarl Utter mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boden and the Sjötorp RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Boden getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Jarl Utter hit a great ball. In the 80th minute Per-Olof Bank shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sverker Jespersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 played minutes Boden got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Magnus Bergström. The corner ended in Sivert Kellman almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Boden's Sverker Jespersson did a great save. Fritz Mårtensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Svartengren having to interfere. With his leg Sverker Jespersson managed to avoid a goal in the 97thth minute, when Sjötorp RK's Kaj Dalberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
