But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yngve Bryngelsson couldn't finish the play. Göran Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johannes Hultstrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilgot Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobias Mårtensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Tobias Mårtensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yngve Bryngelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Vilgot Svensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Göran Lang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Einar Ånger in the 18th minute of the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Emanuel Svensson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lammhult's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Svensson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Johannes Hultstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göran Lang saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Einar Ånger to make the kick off. Johannes Hultstrand blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Göran Lang having to make a save. Lammhult's Göran Lang played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Ånger in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Lammhult getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Mark Höijer hit a great ball. Vilgot Svensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yngve Bryngelsson went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Jan Lagerberg's late challenge caught a Lammhult's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jan Lagerberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 72nd match minute, gr0nsvart gbg was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Lagerberg to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Lammhult's goalkeeper Göran Lang had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johannes Hultstrand. After a defensive mix-up in Lammhult's zone, Einar Ånger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göran Lang came out of the goal and Einar Ånger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yngve Bryngelsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilgot Svensson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, gr0nsvart gbg's Christopher Beneth got a free kick in the 89th minute. With an all-out effort, gr0nsvart gbg's Göran Lang threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Einar Ånger, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 96 minutes into the match, Tobias Mårtensson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of gr0nsvart gbg's Vilgot Svensson. Vilgot Svensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
