Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Hans Andersson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the game, one of Trelleborg:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Ingmar Berggren charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ingmar Berggren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 8th minute, Ingmar Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Hans Andersson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lars Fanström. Trelleborg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Andersson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Jakobsson in the 20th minute of play forced Rydaholm IF's goalkeeper Holger Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils Hedlund got free with Holger Gunnarsson in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Erik Simonsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trelleborg's supporters rose to their feet, but Erik Simonsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Trelleborg's zone, Roland Hjortberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lars Fanström came out of the goal and Roland Hjortberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th minute, Hans Andersson made a precise shot to the right of Lars Fanström. Trelleborg's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Lars Fanström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Andersson in the 44th minute of the match. Bernt Tunström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lucas Jakobsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Nils Hedlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trelleborg's supporters rose to their feet, but Nils Hedlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Gunnarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Holger Gunnarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nils Hedlund in the 56th minute of play. Lars Fanström came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Rydaholm IF's Roland Hjortberg. But to his dismay, Roland Hjortberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Lars Fanström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Andersson, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Erik Simonsson hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Lars Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Lars Fanström managed to avoid a goal in the 73rdth minute, when Rydaholm IF's Roland Hjortberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Emanuel Lind struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Lars Fanström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rydaholm IF. If Hans Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rasmus Tidéksson during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 83 played minutes Rydaholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Rasmus Tidéksson. The audience held their breath when Hubert Hjortberg in the 85th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Holger Gunnarsson's left hand side. 87 minutes into the match, Nils Hedlund notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Rydaholm IF's Holger Gunnarsson. Holger Gunnarsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rydaholm IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
