Leo Askstedt hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Mårten Ekström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Larsfelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. With a little luck, Domstens IK's Mårten Ekström got control of the ball when Sakarias Käcker tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Osvald Holm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Tänndalen FK's Sakarias Käcker dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Leo Askstedt fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Domstens IK's protests and gave Leo Askstedt a yellow card for diving instead. Leo Askstedt hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After 24 minutes, Dan Björkdahl made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Tänndalen FK's Kjell Josefsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Osvald Holm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the match, Domstens IK's goalkeeper Mårten Ekström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sakarias Käcker. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Larsfelt in the 43rd minute of play forced Domstens IK's goalkeeper Mårten Ekström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sakarias Käcker came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mårten Ekström could save by the left post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dan Björkdahl made the kick off in the second half. Mårten Ekström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Dusett in the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 minutes of play, Tänndalen FK's Sakarias Käcker made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mårten Ekström was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Domstens IK booed when Tänndalen FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rickard Magnusson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell Josefsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dan Björkdahl in the 60th minute of the match. Jan Byström hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Björkdahl in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell Josefsson saved Tänndalen FK from getting behind. Kevin Sjöberg hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Mårten Ekström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jörgen Larsfelt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dan Björkdahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Domstens IK booed when Tänndalen FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan Byström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domstens IK's Mårten Ekström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sakarias Käcker in the 92nd minute of play. Osvald Holm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Kjell Josefsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
