Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Karl Mellbad started the match with the kick off. Henning Månsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingemar Majman in the 5th minute of the match. After 6 minutes, Ingemar Majman made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Karlstad's Henning Månsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A hard shot 14 in the game by Hans Albohm from a close distance when the talented Kaj Allbom managed to make a qualified save. Svalöv BF's players were relieved. After a defensive mix-up in Svalöv BF's zone, Hans Albohm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaj Allbom came out of the goal and Hans Albohm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hans Albohm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Kaj Allbom tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Karl Mellbad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlstad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Karl Mellbad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl Mellbad kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ingemar Majman made a kick off. If Ingemar Majman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kasper Rosendal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Henning Månsson firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kaj Allbom showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Mellbad in the 58th minute of the match. Ingemar Majman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henning Månsson having to interfere. After having played for 64 minutes, Hans Albohm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karlstad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Albohm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henning Månsson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Kasper Rosendal sent off a good shot on target. In the 71st minute, Karlstad's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kasper Rosendal fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ingemar Majman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Henning Månsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th match minute, Svalöv BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Bagge to maneuver through the defense. In the 76th minute Karl Mellbad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kaj Allbom saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans Albohm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaj Allbom having to make a save. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Karlstad getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Carl Eliasson hit a great ball. Henning Månsson made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Kasper Rosendal sent off a good shot on target. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Svalöv BF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
