In the 5thth minute of the game Algot Bergman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Afroninjas's Robert Hedkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Afroninjas's Robert Hedkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Majman in the 7th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rolf Eliasson during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rolf Eliasson hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Algot Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Robert Hedkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Svante Brogren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emil Gerdberg was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. After having played for 35 minutes, Sven Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Afroninjas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Lundqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven Lundqvist succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 37th playminute. Algot Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Robert Hedkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Afroninjas's Gottfrid Kvick got a free kick in the 45th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Svante Brogren to make the kick off. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emil Gerdberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Öje players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Afroninjas.
