Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olov Berglund started the match with the kick off. Olov Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Engström having to interfere. 8 minutes into the game, Barsebäck's Andy Göransson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Peder Stålman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barsebäck's goalkeeper Brian Engström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casper Brandt hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jim Nykvist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Peder Stålman made a huge save. Brian Engström came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällekis's Gunnar Eskilsson. But to his dismay, Gunnar Eskilsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Brian Engström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hällekis's zone, Jim Nykvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peder Stålman came out of the goal and Jim Nykvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andy Göransson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Hällekis got a freekick which was hit by William Ahlerot. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Jim Nykvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barsebäck's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Nykvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peder Stålman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andy Göransson in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peder Stålman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Peder Stålman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Nykvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Jim Nykvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olov Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Brian Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Eskilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 77 minutes into the game, William Ahlerot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hällekis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barsebäck the free kick. William Ahlerot kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Andy Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barsebäck's supporters rose to their feet, but Andy Göransson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peder Stålman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peder Stålman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ove Sandberg's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Gunnar Eskilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
