Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olov Berglund took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Hällekis booed when Limmared was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexander Björk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute, Gunnar Eskilsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Limmared was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobias Wallin to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Eskilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Sebastian Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olov Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Jansson having to interfere. Anders Ljungberg struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Sebastian Jansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hällekis. Olov Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Jansson having to interfere. Peder Stålman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Billvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hällekis's zone, Karl-Michael Billvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peder Stålman came out of the goal and Karl-Michael Billvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Eskilsson got free with Sebastian Jansson in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 32 minutes into the match, Hällekis's Olov Berglund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Jansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Limmared's zone, Gunnar Eskilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Jansson came out of the goal and Gunnar Eskilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Jansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olov Berglund, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Björk during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 42 minutes into the game, Hällekis's Gunnar Eskilsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Michael Billvall was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Hällekis's goalkeeper Peder Stålman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ingmar Axelsson. After a rather tough play, Hällekis's William Ahlerot got a free kick in the 56th minute. Karl-Michael Billvall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olov Berglund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Sebastian Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Karl-Michael Billvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd match minute, Limmared was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Påk to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 68 minutes, Gunnar Eskilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hällekis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gunnar Eskilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Olov Berglund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute William Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute Olov Berglund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sebastian Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Berglund in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Olov Berglund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sebastian Jansson. Limmared's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olov Berglund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hällekis's Gunnar Eskilsson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Limmared. Olov Berglund might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Jansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olov Berglund ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 89th minute Gunnar Eskilsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastian Jansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Karl-Michael Billvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute Karl-Michael Billvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Peder Stålman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Berglund in the 95th minute of play forced Limmared's goalkeeper Sebastian Jansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Hällekis were the better team. Hällekis's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
