Brian Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oscar Påk hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Jim Nykvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Magnus Kilström fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Limmared's protests and gave Magnus Kilström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Magnus Kilström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Limmared's Sebastian Jansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Börge Lundgren in the 23rd minute of play. Karl-Michael Billvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Andy Göransson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barsebäck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andy Göransson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Limmared's goalkeeper Sebastian Jansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ingmar Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Casper Brandt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingmar Axelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Brian Engström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Michael Billvall stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alexander Björk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Karl-Michael Billvall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jim Nykvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Sebastian Jansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jim Nykvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Michael Billvall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Engström having to interfere. Jim Nykvist struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Sebastian Jansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barsebäck. The supporters of Limmared booed when Barsebäck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Limmared's Karl-Michael Billvall sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Brian Engström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Barsebäck were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
