Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Sven-Erik Pihlberg made the kick off which started today's match. Rune Käller didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birger Hasselqvist went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 7 played minutes Nävekvarn IF got a freekick which was hit by Aron Ennegren. In the 9th minute of the match Tomas Ekelund shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rune Käller showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Kil's John Ek sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Käller narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 15 minutes into the game, Birger Hasselqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rune Käller was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute Birger Hasselqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Käller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Kil was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Vennerlund to maneuver through the defense. Nävekvarn IF's Rune Käller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Ek in the 27th minute of play. Rune Käller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Hasselqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Birger Hasselqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kil's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Hasselqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rune Käller breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When John Ek came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Kil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that John Ek couldn't finish the play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

If Aron Ennegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pelle Sikström's late challenge caught a Kil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pelle Sikström helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nävekvarn IF getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Pelle Sikström hit a great ball. Rune Käller was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Birger Hasselqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 61 minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kil's goalkeeper Viktor Pihlblad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Birger Hasselqvist in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rune Käller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nävekvarn IF's Rune Käller proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Nävekvarn IF from getting a goal against them. Rune Käller stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Birger Hasselqvist's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes Nävekvarn IF got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Palmkvist. Birger Hasselqvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rune Käller having to make a save. The Nävekvarn IF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Kil were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
