Herman Lång sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Einar Biörkquist kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Torgny Malmström hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Olof Danielsson kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. David Bergkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Ahlroht, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Torgny Malmström struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Mats Tholsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungbyhed. Dan Ahlroht sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Bergkvist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Herman Lång in the 16th minute. When Ingvar Abrahamsson came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Ljungbyhed fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Abrahamsson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Crna Zvijezda booed when Ljungbyhed was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Gernberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Ljungbyhed got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Malmström. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Ahlroht in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Bergkvist saved Ljungbyhed from getting behind. In the 31st minute, Crna Zvijezda's Dan Ahlroht dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. If Herman Lång had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th match minute, Crna Zvijezda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jakob Termander to maneuver through the defense. Mats Tholsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ingvar Abrahamsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Ingvar Abrahamsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Einar Biörkquist hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Ingvar Abrahamsson made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herman Lång in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Bergkvist saved Ljungbyhed from getting behind. David Bergkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dan Ahlroht, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Isaac Gernberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Morgan Eriksson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 60th minute Dan Ahlroht shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Bergkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes of play Crna Zvijezda's Einar Biörkquist was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 62 played minutes Crna Zvijezda got a freekick which was hit by Einar Biörkquist. Herman Lång received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. David Bergkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th match minute, Ljungbyhed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Gernberg to maneuver through the defense. When Herman Lång came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Crna Zvijezda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Lång couldn't finish the play. Jakob Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Bergkvist having to interfere. Ljungbyhed's David Bergkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herman Lång in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ljungbyhed's Markus Örtendal got a free kick in the 79th minute. Morgan Eriksson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Torgny Malmström fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 86 minutes into the match, Ljungbyhed's goal looked a bit too open when Herman Lång came free, but David Bergkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungbyhed's zone, Herman Lång stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Bergkvist came out of the goal and Herman Lång tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dan Ahlroht's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but David Bergkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Herman Lång ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. David Bergkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Crna Zvijezda's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
