Otters FK's Albin Stensson got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rickard Ryberg charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rickard Ryberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Maximilian Asserlindh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Tällberg's goal looked a bit too open when Albin Stensson came free, but Rutger Vester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Tällberg's Robin Åkerman got a free kick in the 28th minute. Albin Stensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Niklas Törnblom came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Otters FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niklas Törnblom couldn't finish the play. In the 34th match minute, Otters FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Lilja to maneuver through the defense. Urban Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tällberg's Rutger Vester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niklas Törnblom in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Urban Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Otters FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Urban Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rutger Vester breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rutger Vester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niklas Törnblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rickard Ryberg made a kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tällberg's goalkeeper Rutger Vester, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Niklas Törnblom struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Rutger Vester didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Otters FK.
