Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Albert Ström started the match with the kick off. Albert Ström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Henry Axelsson got free with Bernt Danielsson in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 6 played minutes Strömsnäsbruk got a freekick which was hit by Joakim Forss. Strömsnäsbruk's Bernt Danielsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Bergdal in the 10th minute of play. Ulrik Lindqvist hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Vidingsjö MOIF's Henry Axelsson got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edvard Wallin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 37 minutes, Henry Axelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vidingsjö MOIF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Axelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Henry Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Vidingsjö MOIF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Axelsson couldn't finish the play. Bernt Danielsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Axelsson in the 44th minute. After 45 played minutes Vidingsjö MOIF got a freekick which was hit by Greger Bredberg. After 47 played minutes, Strömsnäsbruk's Einar Kullander shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Filiph Pihlberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Strömsnäsbruk reached it. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaj Nyman was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Henry Axelsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 54 minutes, Ulrik Lindqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vidingsjö MOIF and the Strömsnäsbruk players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Strömsnäsbruk booed when Vidingsjö MOIF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulrik Lindqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvard Wallin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Filiph Pihlberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Strömsnäsbruk getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Evert Johnsson hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Joakim Forss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Örjan Danielsson, 63 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Filiph Pihlberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvard Wallin in the 75th minute. Filiph Pihlberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kaj Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaj Nyman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Filiph Pihlberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidingsjö MOIF's Filiph Pihlberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Vidingsjö MOIF from getting a goal against them. Greger Bredberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 81 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vidingsjö MOIF fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Filiph Pihlberg, was totally fooled by Strömsnäsbruk's Einar Kullander, who 83 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 87th minute, Kaj Nyman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Henry Axelsson came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Vidingsjö MOIF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Axelsson couldn't finish the play. If Ingvar Bergdal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henry Axelsson in the 96th minute of play forced Strömsnäsbruk's goalkeeper Bernt Danielsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvard Wallin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 100th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kaj Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiph Pihlberg having to interfere. Strömsnäsbruk's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
