The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Gysinge IFK booed when Furia Arona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Ove Stenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The wind increased when Isaac Strömbom made the kick off in the second half. Furia Arona's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Sjöberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Gysinge IFK's Niclas Danielsson got control of the ball when Gabriel Sjöberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Elliott Snell managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gysinge IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Elliott Snell was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gabriel Sjöberg let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 80th minute shot 2-3 at rihgt post. In the 84th minute, Elliott Snell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jarl Grönberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 87th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gunnar Hydén. Furia Arona's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Furia Arona walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
