Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jan-Åke Brenner got the match started through his kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rune Berg during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rune Berg kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 5 played minutes Vollsjö IFK got a freekick which was hit by Christer Utfal. Roger Tidén's late challenge caught a Angered's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roger Tidén helped the player get up and apologised. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Vollsjö IFK! Carl Ahlquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ralf Lindblom, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Vollsjö IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Lindblom came free, but Carl Ahlquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Bengt-Rune Delin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Angered's zone, Harald Bure stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andy Kristiansson came out of the goal and Harald Bure tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andy Kristiansson made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Harald Bure sent off a good shot on target. In the 42nd minute, Ludwig Arenius fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Andy Kristiansson, passed just outside the right post. If Ludwig Arenius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jon Bennet's late challenge caught a Angered's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jon Bennet helped the player get up and apologised. Jon Bennet hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Andy Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Bure, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Harald Bure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Andy Kristiansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Harald Bure fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andy Kristiansson having to interfere. Jan-Åke Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Vollsjö IFK's goalkeeper Carl Ahlquist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Harald Bure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andy Kristiansson came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Vollsjö IFK's Jan-Åke Brenner. But to his dismay, Jan-Åke Brenner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 70th minute, Kristoffer Säfström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 72 played minutes, Vollsjö IFK's Sakarias Benet shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Kristiansson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vollsjö IFK reached it. 76 minutes into the game, Rune Berg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carl Ahlquist. Rune Berg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. If Ralf Lindblom had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harald Bure sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jan-Åke Brenner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Rune Delin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
