In the 6th minute Kalle Zander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Bergqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johannes Strömqvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Douglas Pettersson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Kalle Zander blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alexander Bergqvist having to make a save. Vilgot Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Douglas Pettersson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Djursholm's Tim Bållström got a free kick in the 25th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Djursholm's zone, Vilgot Springfält stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Douglas Pettersson came out of the goal and Vilgot Springfält tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lysvik's Johannes Strömqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Vilgot Springfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johannes Strömqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, Lysvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Björklund to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kalle Zander to strike the kick off in the second half. Djursholm's Douglas Pettersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Strömqvist in the 54th minute of play. If Vilgot Springfält had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Kalle Zander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute of the match Walter Söder shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alexander Bergqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sven Danielsson charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sven Danielsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Djursholm getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Sven Danielsson hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Johannes Strömqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lysvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Strömqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Douglas Pettersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johannes Strömqvist succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After having played for 92 minutes, Niklas Spetz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Djursholm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niklas Spetz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Djursholm's Magnus Västberg got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Kalle Zander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lysvik fans cheered their team off the field, for while Djursholm had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
