An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Erik Hellström in the 10th minute of play forced Eldsberga IFK's goalkeeper Rune Asserlind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krister Asserlind's late challenge caught a Landskrona Bios's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Krister Asserlind helped the player get up and apologised. Henry Pilblad charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Henry Pilblad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Eldsberga IFK booed when Landskrona Bios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henry Pilblad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marc Kielberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Asklund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfred Eklund got in the 23rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Marc Kielberg handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Roy Ekström charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Roy Ekström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 30 played minutes Landskrona Bios got a freekick which was hit by Roy Ekström. Landskrona Bios's Karl-Erik Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mikael Örnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Asserlind having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karl-Erik Hellström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mikael Örnberg struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Rune Asserlind didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Landskrona Bios. Mikael Örnberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rune Asserlind read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Rune Asserlind showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Erik Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 74th minute, Max Lindström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rune Asserlind was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Rune Asserlind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Erik Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute, Alfred Eklund made a precise shot to the right of Marc Kielberg. Landskrona Bios's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After a rather tough play, Landskrona Bios's Henry Pilblad got a free kick in the 90th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Landskrona Bios's goalkeeper Marc Kielberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfred Eklund. In the 93rd match minute, Landskrona Bios was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Erik Hellström to maneuver through the defense. Marc Kielberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alfred Eklund went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Eldsberga IFK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Landskrona Bios.
