Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when John Kruse took the kick off in the first half of the match. Sven Billberg's late challenge caught a Sävar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 2nd minute of the game. One of Turtles FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sävar:s goal. Egon Hök went to the wrong direction when Mårten Abrahamsson was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Leif Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Hök having to interfere. Mikael Sandström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 10th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Osvald Ahlroht fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Nyman having to interfere. After 19 played minutes Turtles FC got a freekick which was hit by Johannes Kruuse. Leif Lindström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Wictor Wennerquist fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Turtles FC's protests and gave Wictor Wennerquist a yellow card for diving instead. John Kruse scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Egon Hök, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Osvald Ahlroht had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sävar getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Emil Simonsson hit a great ball. Turtles FC's Egon Hök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kruse in the 38th minute of play. Leif Lindström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Egon Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredrik Nyman made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Mikael Sandström sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th minute, Emil Simonsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egon Hök was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. The Turtles FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sävar were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvald Ahlroht stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 55 in the game by Leif Lindström from a close distance when the talented Egon Hök managed to make a qualified save. Turtles FC's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Leif Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sävar's supporters rose to their feet, but Leif Lindström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Egon Hök breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Mikael Sandström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Sävar's zone, Osvald Ahlroht stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Nyman came out of the goal and Osvald Ahlroht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the match, Turtles FC's Mikael Sandström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fredrik Nyman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Osvald Ahlroht got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egon Hök showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Kruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Sandström in the 73rd minute of play forced Sävar's goalkeeper Fredrik Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the game, Emil Simonsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sävar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Turtles FC the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Turtles FC's zone, Leif Lindström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Egon Hök came out of the goal and Leif Lindström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Turtles FC's Egon Hök played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Kruse in the 85th minute of play. Leif Lindström struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Egon Hök didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sävar. The Sävar supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sävar would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
