Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jan-Åke Blomquist took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Jan-Åke Blomquist came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the FC Thumatorp fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Åke Blomquist couldn't finish the play. In the 12th play minute Sivert Bremming came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Eddie Harman. 1-0. The supporters of Lallersteths Praeputium booed when FC Thumatorp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Pihlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Alf Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eddie Harman came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Thumatorp's Jan-Åke Blomquist. But to his dismay, Jan-Åke Blomquist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Fredric Pihlberg hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Alf Lindgren put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dan Nordal. Aleksander Kinnman's late challenge caught a Lallersteths Praeputium's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aleksander Kinnman helped the player get up and apologised. Aleksander Kinnman hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Dan Nordal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Dahlberg in the 40th minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, FC Thumatorp's Jan-Åke Blomquist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eddie Harman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th match minute, Lallersteths Praeputium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Wennerquist to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Kjell Tunberg came free in the 59th minute and tried to tip the ball over Eddie Harman, but to the joy of Lallersteths Praeputium's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Eddie Harman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Åke Blomquist in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute Alf Lindgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dan Nordal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Dahlberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dan Nordal having to interfere. In the 72nd match minute, FC Thumatorp was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Åke Blomquist to maneuver through the defense. Eddie Harman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan-Åke Blomquist, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. After having played for 85 minutes, Fredric Pihlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Thumatorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredric Pihlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Lallersteths Praeputium was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Knut Albohm to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Jan-Åke Blomquist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Thumatorp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. With an all-out effort, Lallersteths Praeputium's Dan Nordal threw himself towards the right post 95 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alf Lindgren, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Evert Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the FC Thumatorp players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
