Robin Tidén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Olof Åkesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robin Tidén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Segmon IF's Melker Sjöberg got a free kick in the 12th minute. After 18 played minutes Sjöbo got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Dahlman. Niclas Billvall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Robert Ålberg's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. Melker Sjöberg kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Niclas Billvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Algot Wennerqvist in the 23rd minute of the match. 26 minutes in the game, Gustav Alkvist fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Sven-Olof Åkesson having to interfere. Niclas Billvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Wennerqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 32nd play minutes Algot Wennerqvist shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Niclas Billvall and just under the crossbar into goal. If Algot Wennerqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Sjöbo's Algot Wennerqvist sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Niclas Billvall narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Robert Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Algot Wennerqvist to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Henning Petersson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Segmon IF's Niclas Billvall didn't even have to move. Algot Wennerqvist received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niclas Billvall came out and tried to block the shot, but Algot Wennerqvist slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 55th minute. Sven-Olof Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Alkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Robert Ålberg took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niclas Billvall. Niclas Billvall dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Niclas Billvall was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Algot Wennerqvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 73 minute of play. Sven-Olof Åkesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Tidén in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Wennerqvist in the 83rd minute of play forced Segmon IF's goalkeeper Niclas Billvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Robert Ålberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Algot Wennerqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niclas Billvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Algot Wennerqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Billvall having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Sjöbo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Segmon IF.
