FC Lila Hästen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Jönsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Jim Bäck managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lila Hästen's supporters rose to their feet, but Jim Bäck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Hurtig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Folke Hurtig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 64 minutes into the match, Jim Bäck notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Myresjö's Folke Hurtig. Folke Hurtig was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC Lila Hästen booed when Myresjö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patric Arenstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Kasper Asserlind hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Lila Hästen had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
